• We are not responsible for employment outcomes or hiring decisions
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recume, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination
